The request can be rejected because of the following facts:

1. We need further information about your method of traffic to manage the approval. In this case, you should be in touch with an Account Manager to share with him/her the details requested. 

2. The offer does not allow the type of traffic you indicated.

3. There is no cap left.

4. The advertiser is very restrictive, so only accepts experienced affiliates.
