Frequently Asked Question
Affiliate Tracking
As an affiliate, when you start running a campaign, you need to correctly track and monitor your traffic to analyze which traffic is converting and which is not. This process requires a tracking tool, which is also called a tracker. This tool allows the affiliates to connect our platform (FireTrack) with theirs in order to monitor the conversions.
That said, a postback is a method of tracking through which exchange information between two servers when a conversion event happens, from the server of the advertiser or affiliate network to the affiliate’s server.

Postback Integration
Nowadays, our platform allows 3 options for setting up a Pixel (image) / Postback URL.
In the case of the Postback URLs, for now, there is only the Postback GET (most common) option available.
